Welcome to Leveros! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Leveros platform ("Platform"), including any services, features, and content provided by Leveros. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Leveros, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. Leveros reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes, and your continued use of the Platform following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Platform Description
Leveros is a decentralized finance (DeFi) lending platform built on top of Morpho Markets and Euler. Leveros provides optimized lending services and offers borrowers the ability to engage in spot leverage and leveraged farming. The Platform is accessible via supported blockchain networks.
3. Eligibility
To use the Platform, you must:
Be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
Have full authority and capacity to enter into these Terms.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to financial services, cryptocurrency, and blockchain technology in your jurisdiction.
Leveros is not available to individuals in jurisdictions where the use of DeFi services or cryptocurrency trading is prohibited by law.
4. Use of the Platform
a. No Custodial Responsibility
Leveros does not hold custody of user funds. All transactions, lending, borrowing, and leveraging occur on decentralized blockchain networks and are governed by smart contracts. You are responsible for securing your private keys, seed phrases, and any other authentication methods associated with your wallet.
b. Blockchain Transactions
All transactions on Leveros are executed on supported blockchain networks. By using the Platform, you agree that transactions are irreversible and that Leveros cannot reverse, alter, or cancel any transaction once it has been confirmed on the blockchain.
c. Fees
Leveros may charge fees for certain actions or transactions performed on the Platform. You are responsible for understanding and paying any applicable transaction fees, including gas fees for blockchain interactions. The Platform may also use third-party services (e.g., Uniswap), which may have their own fees.
5. Leverage and Liquidation Risk
Leveros enables users to participate in leveraged trading and leveraged farming, which come with inherent risks. By using leverage, you acknowledge that small price movements can result in significant gains or losses and that positions are more susceptible to liquidation.
Leverage Risk: Leveraged positions are more volatile and require careful management. Leveros is not responsible for any losses you may incur as a result of leveraging.
Liquidation Risk: If your Loan-to-Value (LTV) ratio exceeds the defined liquidation threshold, your position may be liquidated. Leveros will not be responsible for notifying users of impending liquidation or the outcomes of liquidation events.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Leveros provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Your use of the Platform is at your own risk. Leveros disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Leveros makes no representations or warranties:
That the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Regarding the accuracy or reliability of any information provided on the Platform.
That the Platform will meet your expectations or specific needs.
7. AI Chatbot and Documentation Disclaimer
The AI chatbot provided for user support on Leveros is designed to assist users by offering information and guidance. However, the responses generated by the AI chatbot may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Additionally, the platform's documentation may not always reflect the most current updates or changes.
Leveros is not liable for any inaccuracies, misinterpretations, or outdated information provided by the AI chatbot or documentation. Users are encouraged to verify any critical information and make informed decisions independently. Leveros disclaims any responsibility for actions taken based on chatbot responses or documentation content.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leveros and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:
Loss of profits, revenue, or data.
Financial losses due to liquidation, leverage, or price volatility.
Security breaches or loss of private keys.
Errors or delays in blockchain transactions.
Leveros shall not be responsible for any actions or outcomes arising from the use of third-party services (such as Uniswap or Morpho) or external smart contracts.
9. Security and Risk Management
While Leveros employs industry-standard security measures, it cannot guarantee complete security of your funds or information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet, private keys, and any credentials you use to access the Platform.
Leveros is not liable for any losses resulting from hacking, phishing, or any unauthorized access to your account or wallet.
10. User Responsibilities
By using Leveros, you agree to:
Use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Assume full responsibility for any actions you take on the Platform, including transactions, leveraging, and borrowing.
Understand and manage the risks associated with decentralized finance (DeFi), cryptocurrency, and leverage trading.
Not engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious activities that could harm Leveros or other users.
11. Intellectual Property
All content and materials provided on the Platform, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, code, and text, are the intellectual property of Leveros or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any materials from the Platform without the express written consent of Leveros.
12. Third-Party Links and Services
Leveros may include links to third-party websites or services (e.g., Uniswap). Leveros is not responsible for the content, performance, or security of these third-party services, and you agree to use them at your own risk.
13. Termination
Leveros reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in any activity that may harm the Platform or other users. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Platform.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
